As of March 29th the Royal Mail have updated and stated that they are still delivering as normal throughout the U.K. during these uncertain times and have stated that depending where in the country you live there may be a slight delay in receiving mail and parcels due to some staff numbers being low in certain area's.
So for as long as this is the case in the U.K. DryHound will still be remaining open online and taking orders and shipping them out to our customers in our regular timely manner.
For International shipping the Royal Mail are still shipping to the USA and other countries at this time but some countries do have restrictions in place and they are unable to deliver to, so for all customers outside of the U.K. please contact us first so we can check if your country is one of those with restrictions in place before purchasing from us.
We check on a daily basis for any updates to the Royal Mail schedule on deliveries and we will update any changes regarding the situation so if you would like to order but are not sure please contact us first, thank you and stay safe.
